How am I compensated for the Monthly and Yearly Auctions?

If I do not want to use the capacity, how does it appear in the invoice?

If you did not nominate the Yearly or/and Monthly capacity the UIOSI rule applies. That means that not nominated capacity is implicitly resold on the daily auctions. Market Participant is compensated with Daily Marginal Auction Price or Spread over Power Exchange, depends of the borders:

For DE-FR, NL-DE border :

The Marginal Price of the Auction at which that Capacity was implicitly resold (which might be zero), for the concerned Hourly Period.

Example: MP do not nominate for 3rd of November the capacity won on the monthly auction (FR-DE-M-BASE-------091101-01), the daily auction price (FR-DE-D-DAILYPRODU-091103-01) will apply for UIOSI.

For BE-NL, FR-BE border (TLC countries) :

Spread Price over PX for the concerned Hourly Period

Example: MP do not nominate for 3rd of November the capacity won on the monthly auction (FR-BE-M-BASE-------091101-01), the daily spread price between France and Belgium will apply for UIOSI.

Please note that when the difference between the PX prices is negative the UIOSI compensation is zero.

For FR-BE border the price difference between the daily Belgian and French market spot price for the considered Hourly Period will be taken into account as far as this price difference is positive.

For the NL-BE border, the price difference between the Belgian and Dutch daily markets for the considered Hourly Period will be taken into account as far as this price difference is positive.

What does it mean in the Selfbilling Invoice if for the monthly auction I am compensated just for two days and the other days are missing?

There are two possibilities:

1. MP has nominated capacity for those days;

2. The daily Marginal price of daily auction was zero, or spread over PX is negative or equal to zero.

Please note that If the compensation is equal to zero those days will not appear in the invoice.
